Details and uses
For everyday walks on the lead. Clip the lead to the ring on the chest: when your dog pulls, they are gently turned back towards you, which makes guiding easier. It is an aid that works best combined with regular training: it does not stop all pulling.
For a freer walk, clip the lead to the back ring.

What’s in the box
One harness and one hook-and-loop patch of your choice: embroidered name, MyDogGrip logo or blank patch.
Patch personalisation
Three patch options: custom name, MyDogGrip logo or blank patch.
The name can have 12 characters at most, including spaces. Letters (accents allowed), spaces, hyphens and apostrophes. A name that is too long is never cut off: the site asks you to shorten it before adding to cart.

Sizes and measurements
Measure your dog's chest girth while standing, just behind the front legs. The tape should fit snugly without squeezing. Weight is only a secondary guide.

Fitting
Loosen the straps before the first try, put the harness on, close the buckles, then adjust each strap. Once fitted, you should be able to slide two fingers between the strap and your dog’s body: neither too tight nor too loose. Check the fit again after a few minutes of walking.

Care
Remove the patch before any cleaning. After a walk in the rain, let the harness air-dry, away from direct heat.

Limits of use
- The harness is designed for walking on a lead. It does not replace lead-walking training or recall.
- The handle is for keeping your dog close to you: don’t use it to lift them or to restrain them in a car.
- It is not intended for canicross, sledding or other pulling sports.
- Don’t leave your dog unsupervised in the harness. Regularly check the straps, stitching and buckles, and stop using a damaged harness.

Outside the European Union, the carrier may ask for customs duties or local taxes on delivery.
Exchanges and returns
The harness can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The patch embroidered with your dog’s name is made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code): as it attaches with hook and loop, you keep it. With the logo or blank patch, the harness is returned complete.
Return costs are paid by you; refunds are made within 14 days.
Size exchange: write to us within 14 days of receipt, before sending anything back. You send the harness back at your own cost and we ship the new size free of delivery charges.
Faulty item: 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, returned at our cost.
Frequently asked questions
How is it different from the reflective harness?
The personalised one has a hook-and-loop patch (name, logo or blank) and reflective stitching; the reflective one has reflective strips and no patch. Both have a front clip, a back ring and a handle. Compare models

Perfect for staying in control
Having the handle on top is extremely practical when a squirrel crosses and I need to keep him close.
No rubbing and an ideal fit
It took a little time to adjust the straps, but once it was set up properly, it doesn’t rub under his legs at all.
No more choking noises
Much better than the classic collar he used to choke on. Solid build and reflective stitching, great at night.

A real plus for training
It didn’t magically stop the pulling on day one, but combined with consistent training, it gives me so much more control.
Much nicer walks
My Australian Shepherd used to pull a lot on walks. Since we started using this harness, I can guide him better, especially thanks to the clip at the front. He seems comfortable in it and the harness doesn’t move once it’s properly adjusted. Very happy with my purchase!
A very pleasant surprise
Honestly, I didn’t expect such good quality. The stitching is neat, the clips look sturdy and the fabric is nice. I particularly like the handle on top, really handy when I need to keep my dog close. I recommend it.
A bit complicated at first
The harness is really good but it took me a while to work out how to adjust all the straps. Once fitted, it sits perfectly on my Labrador. The little patch with his name is a real bonus!
Finally a comfortable harness
My dog didn’t get on well with his old harness, especially on long walks. With this one, no problems so far. He seems freer to move and the material is quite soft. Very satisfied after several weeks of use.
Practical every day
I mainly bought this harness for the handle and the clip at the front. In the end I also find the fastening system very practical. I put it on quickly before going out and it stays in place. Nothing to complain about so far.
Good product, mind the size
Very nice harness, exactly the style I was looking for. I took a size slightly too big at first, so I really recommend measuring your dog carefully. Otherwise the quality is there and the personalisation is lovely.
Walks are easier
Our Golden Retriever is still young and quite energetic. The harness helps us manage the moments when he gets excited on walks. It obviously doesn’t replace training, but it’s a real help. The handle is also very useful.
Satisfied overall
The harness looks great, there are plenty of adjustments and it seems sturdy. I really like being able to put my dog’s name on the side. The only small downside for me is that you have to take the time to adjust it properly the first time. After that, no problem.
