What is the difference between the two harnesses?
The personalised harness has a hook-and-loop patch (embroidered name, MyDogGrip logo or blank patch) and reflective stitching. The reflective harness has reflective strips and no patch. Both have a front clip, a back ring and a handle. Compare models
How does the front clip work?
Clip the lead to the ring on the chest. When your dog pulls, they are gently turned back towards you instead of being able to lean into it. It is a guiding aid: it works best combined with regular training. For a freer walk, use the back ring.
How do I fit the harness properly?
Adjust each strap. Once fitted, you should be able to slide two fingers between the strap and your dog's body. Check the fit again after a few minutes of walking.
How do I care for the harness?
Remove the patch before any cleaning and let the harness air-dry, away from direct heat.
Sizing
How do I measure my dog?
Measure the chest girth with your dog standing, just behind the front legs, using a soft tape measure that fits snugly without squeezing, then compare with the size chart on the product page. Weight is only a guide. Size guide
My dog is between two sizes: what should I do?
Write to us before ordering with their measurements and the model you have chosen: we will help you choose based on the harness adjustments.
Personalisation
What can I have embroidered on the patch?
Your dog's name, up to 12 characters including spaces: letters (accents accepted), spaces, hyphens and apostrophes. You can also choose the patch with the MyDogGrip logo or a blank patch.
Does personalisation cost extra?
No, the patch is included with the personalised harness.

How much does delivery cost?

The size doesn't fit: can I exchange it?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt: write to us before sending anything back, with your order number and the size you need. You send the harness back at your own cost and we ship the new size free of delivery charges. The patch attaches with hook and loop: you keep it. Returns and exchanges
My harness has a fault: what should I do?
Write to us with your order number and a photo of the fault. All our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.
